Commerce is difficult to discuss in hydrocarbon economies unless you discuss modern petroleum distillation. Endless nonsense is written about worthless nuclear energy. Nuclear power cannot produce a good for sale. A barrel of oil produces a little over 46% gasoline. The remainder of the barrel produces diesel fuel oil, naphtha, petroleum jelly, kerosene/jet fuel, propane, asphalt, industrial lubricants and refined product for asphalt, polyester and rubber manufacture. For petroleum to be profitable, these residual products have to be sold.
Prisons were built so we could use diesel fuel oil to heat them. Prisoners were housed far away from cities and that would require large buses to transport them to the exurbs of America. Factories need plastic, polyester, rubber and steel to manufacture a bus. These buses would also require diesel fuel to run. Pipelines had to be built and that also required oil. Divorce and adultery were encouraged as it resulted in more housing and cars built. All of which require oil. Divorce split up families and you had to travel to see the other parent. This required gasoline and jet fuel.
Polyester was manufactured so we could sell refined product and also sell PET pellets to industry. Menstruation caused stains in clothing. Dry cleaners had to be built all over our nation. Prostitution was encouraged as it required the sale of nylons, lipstick, make up and douche water. All of these products require oil as an input. Abortion was encouraged as it required separate medical buildings and equipment. Poverty was encouraged as it promoted the use of diesel fuel oil to grow cheap farm produce for the poor. The United States maintains and expands poverty to increase the price of oil and gasoline. Poverty causes divorce, abortion, prostitution and incarceration. All of this enables the price of gasoline to fluctuate.
Russia, like the United States, is entirely reliant on petroleum for energy. It is also the basis of the entire economy. Oil is the source of all aristocratic power.
It is safe to surmise as Russia expands its GDP via oil exports and the resultant sale of military hardware, it will need to increase female careers and also opportunity. While Americans talk about endless liberation of the American female, it is canard. Female liberation in the United States is just a fancy word for consumption. Excluding consumption, there are no poor women who made it in America. Large corporations and banks cannot get men to keep getting divorced and keep starting new households. They have made up the decline of white male poverty with female rights and female liberation. Like gay liberation, sexual liberation means more consumption for manufacturers, agriculture, insurance and banks. It is always how it works.
The crack spread ultimately means that as oil increases in price, it becomes profitable to put men in jail. When you incarcerate men, it surprisingly increases the wages for women in the workplace. The Jeffrey Epstein scandal, one of hundreds of sexual scandals that have come to light with the internet, reveals the incredible level of oppression of poor white women by the aristocracy.
Poor women were enticed into lifestyle choices that few in the aristocracy would countenance. Girls living in trailer parks and housing projects (meaning poor girls) were promised opportunities to go to expensive colleges based on the recommendations of many of the executives and law partners that visited Jeffrey Epstein's houses of prostitution. Few Americans know the incredible sexual violence that white children face in their communities as they try to go to college. Affirmative action for white women and black men has been impeded by the aristocracy molesting girls and endlessly incarcerating boys. Since it is not published in the Jim Crow Jew owned newspapers, or broadcasted on Jim Crow Jew owned television or radio, it must not be true.
I have never talked about the incredible debauchery of the entertainment business because it is not news. Only hermits living in the forest do not know what goes on in Hollywood, concert halls, theaters, radio stations and television broadcast. Since Vaudeville, there has been decadence in the "dream" business. Entertainment, all over the planet, is full of sex. The beauty queens and cheer leaders of America are drawn to reckless lifestyle choices. Media all over the planet present these women as naive to protect the perfidious industry behind their exploitation.

Nowhere were we told that the drugs were being sold to black drug dealers by the families of four Presidents.
The people who ruled us were forcing the poor to sell drugs in the slums. The end result was a vicious cycle of narcotics, prostitution, violence, incarceration and poverty. The Vatican and the Rockefellers developed the Liechtenstein Tax Maneuver to hide the trillions of dollars in wealth created by narcotics. Over 18 million Americans participated in tax avoidance for decades utilizing the Liechtenstein Tax Maneuver. By making sure America's wealthiest corporations did not pay taxes and also making sure America's wealthiest citizens did not pay taxes, mountainous bulwarks were placed in cities to prevent social progress by the white and Negro poor.
How is incarceration profitable in the United States? A city needs to pay the wages of prison guards and prison administrators. Also the food, water, sewage treatment, clothing and energy to house prisoners must be allocated via taxes through the legislatures of the land. More importantly, prisons require the building of natural gas, petroleum and propane pipelines to rural hinterlands. These pipelines are important as they are paid for by large corporations. Many cities in America lost manufacturing jobs via leveraged buy outs in the 1980's and 1990's. To create opportunities for the unemployed whites of the community, crack cocaine was introduced to black slums. This enabled the community to have occupations with pensions and medical benefits. In addition, prisons enabled small cities to expand their property values and maintain and expand primary schools. These communities thrived throughout rural America as the costs of incarceration were buried in social security, Medicare and Medicaid transfer payments and never appeared as income taxes or property taxes to rural towns.
Will Russia expand prisons to create jobs? I really do not know. The vast majority of Russians do not work. As oil revenues grow, Russia will have the financial resources to expand universities and to build technical schools. As China and Russia expand trade in the Arctic Ocean, expect massive windfalls to the Russian populace. Russia just does not have enough men to do everything. Once the nation and the new President of Russia instill domestic tranquility, the nation can look to new birth cohorts.
As Russia grows, it will need to empower women. In the 1990's, the USA made the SATÒ easier so more students could attend college. The SATÒ was made easier in exurbs and suburbs to enable more whites to get higher scores on the SATÒ. Expect Russia to expand its universities and learning centers.
Will Russia come up with the same system we have where blood types and horoscopes are used? Russia was a capitalist-based system for centuries. I am certain they have this calculus already in place. Women's liberation already existed in the communist era of Russian history. Education up to the Ph. D level existed for women. Careers and career tracks existed for women. In academic research, there were women. In politics as well as the military, there were women. Just like America, well connected families and members of the aristocracy had the greatest access to careers. Just like America, nepotism is rampant. Vladimir Putin has several daughters. Women need a sense of self for capitalism to exist. As religion reintegrates into Russian civilization, that psychological criteria can be checked off. Divorce plagues all of the white nations, even Slavic nations. Russia will need to work with religion, industry and organized crime to create a new tranquility. Immortalis is a proven method that Europe uses to maintain domestic tranquility.
