Russia faces the same aging issues that all countries face. She has to create hospices and clinics to assist the vast number of elderly. But unlike past eras, Russia will see a massive increase in income. The Northwest Passage to Asia will lead to an increase of trillions of rubles in GDP as Russia has over three thousand miles of border along the route. Thanks to massive deforestation in Brazil, India, Africa and China, entire swaths of tundra will disappear into the Arctic Ocean.
It remains to be seen if Hollywood will create elaborate AI effects in movies of massive mile high tidal waves enveloping the planet to scare the shit out of its audience. Absent propaganda from the West, Russia is looking at achieving an $18 trillion GDP by 2050. A spectacular increase in wealth!
The vast majority of the elderly receive incredibly small pensions. From the current projections of Russian industry, the nation should be able to pay these with little difficulty. Will Russia increase allotments to the elderly down the road? I doubt it. The Russians have a long history of supporting the elderly with basic necessities. The siege of St. Petersburg is taught in Russian high schools and it is still in some citizens' memories. Thus, the nation will provide basic food rations, basic healthcare and some basic eldercare services such as a recreation facility. That is it.
Capitalism brings its own problems. Plastic surgery has come to Russia. Russians have started to bleach their anus. The HMO has come to Russia. So has an endless sea of medical professionals and elder care advocates. But the "flying doctors" of the COVID epidemic reveals to me that few physicians in Russia will ever get the hysterical power they have in our nation. Medicaid and Medicare, in our nation, has largely funded the growth of our prison system. Today, the United States has the largest prison system on Earth, entirely funded by social security, Medicaid and Medicare contributions by the tax payer. Americans love prisons because it does not appear in their property tax payments of income taxes. Politician hide the payments for prisons in mandatory payments for social security, Medicaid and Medicare. Our prison system is larger than Russia, China and India's prison systems combined. By not segregating prisoner healthcare from the civilian population's health expenditures, American's are convinced the government is trying to help its citizens.
Russia had a bad experience with patent medicine prior to the Revolution of 1917. Most Americans do not know that nearly all doctors in Russia were incarcerated or executed during the Russian Revolution. Our textbooks and history books are not permitted to detail why thousands of doctors were murdered. The one's who lived, fled the country during the early days of the Revolution.
When you see the despicable aspects of American medicine where simple cures are outlawed and the legislature is entirely controlled by large medical providers, you will see why Russia refuses to raise medicine to the level of God.
American medicine is easy to understand. Whites will pay fortunes to be in an all white hospital. Large corporations poison American children. Their biotech investments create the patent medicines that are sold to us at exorbitant rates. The process is simply detailed in "The Pearl" by John Steinbeck.
For decades, America's education system has been promoting retards, morons, the dyslexic and certifiable idiots into its top universities. I CAN PROVE THIS IN ANY COURT OF THE LAND. Just like Europe does. This has resulted in fewer cures and scientific break throughs. Working with H. Ross Perot and secret societies (for example, Skull & Bones and Jim Crow to name just two of dozens in our country), America's largest corporations instituted Islamic caste, just like India did in the first millennia. H. Ross Perot for decades provided hundreds of multi-billion dollar corporations and universities throughout the United States horoscopes on their employees enabling companies to fire O- blood types and making sure they never have the financial resources to get married or to have children.
The USA has hid a simple truth from its people, a smart child comes from a male with A+ blood and a female with O- blood, Aptitudes in the deep South have not increased since the Civil Rights Act was passed because O- blood type females cannot find husbands. This way the WASP leadership class, via its secret societies, could maintain low IQ's throughout the nation and hold onto legislative power for another generation.
In fact, any disinterested observer would state the obvious, that Lyndon B. Johnson was a motherfucking liar. Clearly, based on the facts, there was no Civil Rights Act and there was no War on Poverty. H. Ross Perot made a fortune when the hypocrite William Jefferson Clinton was President as well. This example again proves the validity of the Tom Mathew postulate. In a civilization, the ruling class denies all rights of citizenship to the citizenry to maintain their hold on power.
But capitalism in Russia brings its own problems. Incomes increase. Tastes change. Wrinkles! Grey hair! Diets change. Cellulite! Baldness! Plutocrats have weak kneed children. L-tryptophan and melatonin are needed to maintain the delusion of messiahs and fairy god mothers. Legislatures change. Kleptocracy rises. Politicians can be influenced. Religion can have a say. In the end, new leadership may be more amenable to changes in Russian health care practices. Furthermore, the younger generation looks at the endless panaceas of the West and wishes for salt pills too.
Under the current regime, outside of premium care services available to the aristocracy, there will be no changes in Russian healthcare. Wealthy patients can fly to West Germany or to America and get care. Many nations, Estonia, Sweden and Finland for example, can offer care as long as people pay. As Russia's economy expands dramatically, these countries will soon take rubles. Rubles were taken for centuries in Europe. Rubles will soon erase wrinkles as Russian doctors become bullshit plastic surgeons.
Will Russia make the same mistake of Staten Island, USA? Staten Island has more cardiologists than all of Canada. One county in America! There is no healthcare in America. Just hysteria and endless prisons to be financed. Will Russia spread HIV and STD's so doctors can increase their revenues from 20 to 40 year old patients? I do not know. Only idiots spread a disease that can be cured. HIV is 100% curable and preventable. When you place retards into your science labs, you will get retarded science!
Clearly, incomes and lifespans will increase in Russia. This will result in some adjustments to statistics. But the rise in GDP will mean the current generation will easily live into their 70's and 80's. This will result in changes to healthcare and ultimately, care for the elderly. Not today. Nor tomorrow. But very likely in the years after 2040.
